Bipolar RF Plasma Cutting & Coagulation System
The PLA700 is Mechan’s bipolar/multipolar RF plasma generator platform for ENT surgery, built for low-temperature ablation, resection, haemostasis and coagulation in a minimally-invasive, safe and reliable way. It offers two dedicated ABLATION modes (channeling, resection, haemostasis and ablation) plus a separate PLACOAG mode for coagulation and haemostasis, with automatic impedance and energy detection and real-time monitoring of thermal damage depth.

Distinct audible mode alerts — Adjustable audible call tones differentiate ABLATION and PLACOAG modes, helping avoid the wrong footswitch mode during surgery.
Optional normal saline drip unit — Delivers normal saline as required during ablation/coagulation for irrigation-assisted procedures.
