The PLA800 is Mechan’s bipolar/multipolar RF plasma generator platform for Unilateral Biportal Endoscopy (UBE) spinal surgery, built for low-temperature cutting, debridement, resection, haemostasis and coagulation in a safe, minimally-invasive way. Supplied with multi-pole suction and resection accessories suited to two-portal endoscopic access, it offers a dedicated ABLATION mode (resection, haemostasis and ablation) plus a separate PLACOAG mode for haemostasis and coagulation.
